Accompaniment in Hospitals

PROGRAM

Our main focus is work in chemotherapy rooms. A team of volunteers provides art workshops, virtual reality, and reflexology sessions to patients during chemotherapy. We generate a climate of containment and group dynamics in which the medical team, patients and family members engage in the same creative activity. We are currently in 23 public hospitals in the country.

¿Te gustaría capacitar a tu organización?

Brindamos asesoramiento y acompañamiento a organizaciones, asociaciones de pacientes y voluntarios hospitalarios en las etapas iniciales de conformación de equipos de voluntarios. Capacitamos sobre:

- Perfiles de los coordinadores de voluntarios acorde a la misión y valores del solicitante.

- Perfiles de los voluntarios acorde a la misión y valores del solicitante.

- Entrevistas a voluntarios.

- Roles, funciones y tareas dentro del voluntariado.

- Deberes y derechos del voluntario.

- Cohesión grupal y armado del equipo.

- Utilización de redes sociales: normas básicas para su implementación.

A lo largo de estos años, hemos capacitado a más de 300 voluntarios, a 29 Hospitales Públicos en toda la Argentina y a 4 asociaciones de pacientes.
